By scheduling services, requesting estimates, submitting forms, enrolling in maintenance agreements, or otherwise engaging with FRA Muniz Plumbing & Mechanical LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Services

FRA Muniz Plumbing & Mechanical LLC provides residential and commercial HVAC and plumbing services, including installation, maintenance, repair, replacement, tenant improvements, and preventative maintenance (PM) agreements. All services are subject to availability, site conditions, and applicable laws and regulations.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Additional labor, materials, permits, code requirements, or unforeseen conditions may result in additional charges. Any changes requiring additional costs will be communicated to the customer for approval before work proceeds whenever practical.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed appointments, or situations where equipment is inaccessible upon arrival may be subject to a cancellation or trip fee.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been approved in writing. We accept cash, checks, major credit cards, and approved financing options. Unpaid balances are subject to collection efforts, additional fees, and applicable interest as allowed by law.

Financing

Financing options are offered through third-party providers and are subject to approval of the third-party. FRA Muniz Plumbing & Mechanical LLC does not guarantee financing approval and is not responsible for decisions made by financing institutions.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to provide safe and unobstructed access to equipment and work areas. Customers are responsible for securing pets, providing utility access when required, and ensuring accurate information is provided regarding the property and equipment.

Warranties

Manufacturer warranties remain subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. Labor warranties, if applicable, will be provided in writing. Warranty coverage may be voided by misuse, unauthorized repairs, lack of maintenance, or circumstances outside of our control.

Communications Consent

By providing your phone number and/or email address, you consent to receive communications from FRA Muniz Plumbing & Mechanical LLC, including appointment reminders, service notifications, invoices, project updates, preventative maintenance reminders, newsletters, promotions, and other service-related communications via phone, text message (SMS), or email.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply for text messages. Consent to receive communications is not a condition of purchase.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FRA Muniz Plumbing & Mechanical LLC shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, equipment failures, delays, power outages, acts of nature, or conditions beyond our reasonable control.

Privacy

Customer information is collected, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell customer information. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Changes to Terms

FRA Muniz Plumbing & Mechanical LLC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
